Marshall Stafford
Marshall Stafford is a 16-year law enforcement veteran and currently the Agent-in-Charge of the methamphetamine task force with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN). He has been with OBN for almost 12 years, and served as an Agent-in-Charge of OBN’s criminal marijuana and highway interdiction units.
Prior to being promoted to Agent-in-Charge, Marshall worked in the enforcement unit conducting investigations on drug trafficking organizations within the state of Oklahoma. In 2015, he spent three years with the FBI criminal enterprise task force in Oklahoma City working narcotics investigations.
From 2007-2012, Marshall worked at the Norman Police Department in Norman, Oklahoma, as a patrol officer. From 2000-2014, he served in the Oklahoma Air National Guard as a security forces member and combat arms instructor.
Marshall is currently in a PhD program with Liberty University working towards a PhD in Criminal Justice Leadership. He has a Master of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He has taught numerous law enforcement classes throughout Oklahoma, and he has taught law enforcement courses and psychology courses at local colleges.
