Course instructor was very knowledgeable on course material. Course material was presented in a clear a concise manner. The mapping portion of the course was very time consuming and could have been a separate course in itself due to the functionality of Excel. The locked phone portion of the course was very informative.

difficult to follow the mapping section due to the inexperience of using EXCEL. would like to see less technical training with EXCEL and have that section for a specific class. Instructor provided an excellent presentation and kept us alert and interested in the material. Instructor had a excellent grasp of the material.

This was the first class I have taken reference this subject and it has opened my eyes to the lack of knowledge that I had. I am already looking forward to furthering my education on this subject.

I thought James was very knowledgeable in this subject and was willing to help until students understood what we were learning. All though I believe only practice will make you perfect this skill set I also feel that the way James gave the class I can go back and read the book and my notes on top of all the other information provided and walk my self through the process. James also is willing to help even when he turns back to his home town of Michigan he continued to reassure the class he was just a phone call away. I give this class and instructor two thumbs up.
