Ashley was a very good instructor. I have taken many courses and have had several instructors who made interesting material very boring and difficult to follow. I enjoyed his approach to the subject.

A couple more exercises like the last one would have been helpful. The second half of the last day we applied our skills to only one case. I think the first thing on day 1, we should have been given call detail records and be given about an hour to work on them. The last day we could get the same records to see do the same exercise, just to see our progress.

power point visual was too small and was unable to be read when looking at the excel spreadsheet or anything small containing numbers or letters.

Two days does not seem like enough time to cover all the topics. The instructor did a great job however the class would benefit from an additional day of instruction.

Instructor had good practical exercises to perform. An extra day of practical training to increase hands on experience would have been helpful.

Excellent course. Ashley was able to relate the materials to real world experience. Wish there was more time for practical exercises with the material.
