Although I have been an Analytical Supervisor for over two decades, Nicole presented things that made me think. She presented information in a logical manner, and it made you want to be involved. She made you think about what I wanted. I want to always learn, and some things just reinforce what I am doing, but others open me up to new ways of doing things. I was taking the course to see if our new Supervisors should take the course, and I think they should.

Nicole is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic regarding law enforcement analytics. I feel like the course content may be better served to avoid teaching supervision and assume the student will get specific supervisor training elsewhere. The course outline is good, and I was hoping for more time spend with more in-depth content discussion of each topic on the outline instead of repeating the outline itself. We have a brand-new crime-analyst program with an analyst new to the job, so more examples from experience would have been helpful. I appreciated the handouts and feel they will be very beneficial. Thanks, Scott
