The instructor did not come across as confident and immediately told the attendees several of them could probably take over the class. He did not start on time and was unfamiliar with the tech involved in instructing online. Several videos were played, but there was no sound hear by the class. Even when he was informed of this, he did not do anything different. The materials provided were good.

The instructor should embed videos into the PowerPoint presentation so that he does not have to switch from the PowerPoint. Embedding the videos into the slideshow will also allow the course participants to hear the sound from the videos.

My experience was professional, however this class was postponed several times since NOV '23. The material was not what I expected. I expected some other elevated expertise and material for OIS and not just YouTube which I can access or have already viewed.
