Although I've used Onenote for a while. I learned some new tips and tricks that will make my case management a lot better.

This was by far one of the best trainings I've attended - either in person or online. Chris was knowledgeable and methodical in his teaching process and was very easy to understand and follow along with. I like the fact that we were able to open our own program and work alongside of what he was presenting. The pace was perfect (at least for me) and the pockets of time allowed for practical application and Q&A with the instructor. In addition, his patience with the learning process of the students was appreciated. Overall, I'd highly recommend this training if you're wanting to learn anything about OneNote!

I have used OneNote for over 10 years and I learned many new things during the course. Some I have already implemented in my OneNote notebooks. Chris was extremely helpful and willing to work through solving any issues people were having with the application, which is not easy when you can't see what the attendees were seeing on their own machines and mobile devices. Thanks for a great class!
