I liked the pacing of the course and the "flow" of the material if that makes any sense. Everything seemed to be covered enough without excessive verbiage. The topic was very beneficial. While I hope not to use the knowledge gained from the course for another OIS, I can see where it can apply across other traumatic events.

Online course. It went in and out a few times. Kind of annoying. I am not sure who\'s end it was on. Good class overall though.
