I wish the instructor would have appeared on screen more. I particularly appreciated the smartme dashboard suggestions. The instructor was well-researched.

Mr. Henningsen was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about this class. He provided a lot of good information and resources and had them organized in a very efficient manner.

Good information, but felt that 8 hours probably could have been condensed into 4 hours.

This should be advertized as a course for decision makers. I am not a decision maker--even if my opinion would be asked (highly unlikely) my suggestions would not be acted upon. Aside from learning about some of the open source resources, this course really wasn't for me. The promised "a day in the life of the RTCC" was not delivered. So I really don't know any more about where I might fit in a RTCC than I did before the course. You really should survey your students before the class--I'm sure Mr. Henningsen could have tailored things a bit more to my (and my co-worker's) needs, had he known.

The instructor was good and the presentation was fine. I did learn some capabilities from the course and Chris did a good job. The class was very expensive for what it was.

The course fit the immediate needs of my agency to help us understand our current needs, planning requirements, current technological advances, logistical and financial needs to set up a real-time crime center.
