I felt this course was engaging and contained a lot of different experience around the country. I would have like to have seen more course material and visual aids. I understand that webinars may make that difficult. Overall, I felt the knowledge and experience shared between agencies was beneficial to see different points of view.

The course material was pertinent and what I was hoping for. Understanding that teaching online may not be the most desirable way to instruct, the instructor's voice maintained a monotone tone that was quite difficult to stay engaged with. I did like that he would try to interact with the audience and ask questions, and I did obtain valuable and thought provoking information.

The class engagement was great. Chris did a great job keeping the class engaged. I would have liked more case study's with lessons learned etc, but with the limited time available, the curriculum was good.

The class discussion is by far the best part of this class. Hearing how others across the country approach and work OIS cases was extremely beneficial. I enjoyed how the instructor allowed the class to converse and facilitated the expression of the different ideas from the class vs. death by PowerPoint.
