As always, Michael Warren did a fantastic job as the instructor. It would've been nice to have this as a Zoom class instead of a webinar to be able to see and interact with him and the other attendees, but given the circumstances of the COVID pandemic, I realize this isn't always feasible. I wouldn't hesitate to take another course in this format though as the instructor and curriculum are great.

Great class

With this class being presented on-line, several sections of the evaluation could not be answered. Although Mr. Warren did call upon the students to respond to questions or present writings, I did not have a class roster and so when he used just first names, I wasn\'t sure if he was asking me or another. I had hoped by taking this class I would strengthen my writing however I felt this class focused on a lot of the different aspects/ tools of Microsoft WORD. Maybe I missed this within the course outline, but with the focus so much on WORD, maybe the class title should be different. I also struggled with the various writing assignments. I felt the initial instructions could have been better as it was unclear how the first writing was to be viewed. Were we the officer or the supervisor viewing it? I learned a long time ago documents are a living thing and you never know when or where they may show up. Given the nature of our profession and the ability for reporters to obtain documents easily from law enforcement agencies, I feel it is our duty to be transparent with known information but not to jump to a quick conclusions just to write or present.
