By and large, a lot of the techniques and procedures instructed throughout this course were very useful regardless of government or agency affiliation. I find that everything had use in one way or another. To supplement, the instructor was fantastic! A subject matter expert within his field, he had a considerable amount of patience and did an excellent job with time and course knowledge. Further, he stayed for any and all questions, which was greatly appreciated.
