Little difficult getting in the Fishers PD to start - but rest was very good.

I wish we had spent a little more time mapping, talking about mapping GPS pings, and had done more practical work with that, but overall the course was great. I have new background knowledge about network types, where on CDR's to find the information and need, and much much more. Great class.

James was a very engaging instructor. He was both knowledgeable and passionate about the subject he was teaching and took the time to fully answer any questions and explained topics in full.

Detective Sgt. Isaacs did a superb job of not only teaching the subject matter but also providing details and first hand experience on the importance, expectations and success of knowing how to read and interpret each providers data records but also how to request the paperwork. I have attended over 10 cell phone investigation trainings. My personal opinion is that this was by far one of if not the best one where the subject matter was applied and we actually used it in class to complete worksheets and case investigations using these tools. Great Training!

Very good information as well as very useful. Instructor knew the topic and explained it well. It was a great class. My only "thing" is that the handout did not follow the Exel explanations and since I had issues with software on my laptop, I had to try to take notes, and some things were not in the book. The software issue was totally on me however and does not reflect on the course or instructor. WELL DONE!

Great Course. The instructor implemented real world situations and information from cell phone companies into hands on learning using excel and mapping software. This really helped me get a grasp on becoming more proficient at analyzing the data provided by service providers. I look forward to taking future classes with Police Technical.
