The instructor was very engaging. This could have been a very dry course, but I enjoyed the instruction and discussion, learned a lot, and was happy with the instructor's facilitation of getting to know other class members.

Overall, the topic works, but there are varying degrees to managing an analytic unit whether policy, strategic, tactical, or operational. There is also varying expectations between an intelligence analyst anc crime analyst.
