There was one student in the class that was not law enforcement. It was distracting for others as he had limited knowledge of Excel and held others behind because of it. I would recommend all participants need a basic understanding of the software programs utilized before allowing them in the class. There were also many parts of the class (search warrants, etc) that would not pertain to a non law enforcement person. Instructor was very knowledgeable and provided great examples.

I do not think that the PI that works for defense attorneys should have been permitted in our class.
