Mr. Isaacs is an exceptional instructor and was extremely helpful in assisting students with Microsoft Excel. His knowledge in the area of cell phones is impressive and I would be very interested in attending any class where he is the instructor. Instructors James Isaacs and Tom Hannon are very knowledgeable. Very personable and confident as instructors. James Isaacs remembered everyone's name and agency in the class. Easy to talk to and answers questions. Very helpful and great resource for Southeast Michigan Police Agencies. A lot of information to try and obtain in a two day class. Great class, a lot of information

I would have like to have seen easier handouts to follow for the material that was covered.

James and Tom provided excellent training by relying heavily on personal experience and case studies. They tailored the coursework appropriately for the wants and needs of the class. If I were to make any recommendations it would be to teach this as no less than a three day course. Due to the fact that most officers will not come into the course with strong Microsoft Excel skills, time should be built in to teach those basics without sacrificing time for more relevant material. In other words, Excel training can be attained many other places - this coursework should focus more heavily on specifically what Police Technical specializes in. Otherwise it was a very well organized and presented course that provided real-world skills to students.
