It's dry material, so it's hard to present it. If there was some more ways to bring the class in, it might be better.

Wished we had more time to go over using online open sources and going over steps of properly gathering intel. Not use an entire day to make & present the group projects, since we only had two days with Sally. Loved her method of presenting though!

Although the material was understandably dry, the instructor made it a little more difficult to pay attention and learn new useful tips. She was very quiet and slightly scattered in her presentation skills. She also did not keep the attention of the audience very long. Excel in my opinion is critical for analysts and I was disappointed that I did not learn more from the class or the instructor.

The handouts were great, but the training room had three big screen TV's, but not big enough to actually see the excel sheet the instructor was working form, so it was hard to follow when she got to the graphing part. I liked that she showed you how to do it, then HAD you do it, and would walk around. That was very helpful. It was very hard to hear her, so perhaps a microphone or speaking louder next time would help the next class.

Instructor should know their audience! The level of person in this class already knew everything the instructor went over. She lost 95% of the class within the first 5 minutes. The material is useful and a needed tool in our professions; however, this is my point "we" use it everyday. I would have liked to have seen more advanced training for Excel.

Overall the course was well taught. The instructor could have moved around more around the class and interacted with students better to help with student/instructor interactions.

I use Excel every day, so for me the class was very basic and hard to stay on topic with the instructor. Not a poor reflection on the instructor, I just personally could have skipped the first few hours of basic Excel this is a cell, this is a worksheet, etc.
