It was not understood that the college had computers available that would have been easier before the class started to know that , also an emphasis should be on having a work mobile phone available. The classroom was not in the class originally on the brochure, but there was no instruction at the door or on the doors to explain where it was.

Great course

The hands on practice creating undercover social media accounts was great. Very valuable.

The class was very informative and will facilitate in my day-to-day tasks. However, the students were instructed to report to a specific room and bring a laptop for the training. On the first day of class, the room the student(s) were supposed to use or instructed to report to was utilized by another law enforcement "leadership course" entity and there were no postings advising of change of room. Also, there was no need to bring a laptop, as the facility has rooms equipped with desktops and internet access.

This course provided useful information to apply into current case investigations.
