Learned more regarding pivot tables and how to utilize Excel when analyzing records. Even though I have Penlink I liked learning of different methods that I can use during an emergency. Excellent class!

This class was very informative on how to clean up your data, excel refresher and mapping of the coordinates of the cell phone data. I will definitely use the information learned in this class.

The instructor was knowledgeable on the course material especially CDR's. It was a good refresher on EXCEL (v look up, pivot tables). I would definitely recommend this course to other analysts and investigators.

Mr. Isaacs did an outstanding job instructing this course. He was very knowledgeable in all areas of the course and very patient with assisting students who were not familiar with the subject matter. Great class. I understand cell phones a lot more. I understand this class was not supposed to teach me everything, but some of the basics. I learned a lot about cell towers and how to preserve the information on a cell phone.
