With this class, I think attendees should be made aware that advanced knowledge of Excel is necessary. As I have just basic experience with Excel, I had a hard time keeping up with the instructor. Having said that, Ashley Englefield was a great instructor, and was very patient with those of us that were struggling.

Ashley was very helpful and answered all questions regardless of whether or not he'd gone over the material multiple times. I would recommend however that attendees be required to have some experience in Excel since those questions seemed to slow us down a bit. I will definitely utilize Ashley in the future if I have any specific questions.

Mr. Englefield broke the steps out in the most simplistic way and did a great job of explaining the data that we were working with. Even though, Mr. Englefield provided step by step instruction in Microsoft Excel, one needs a good foundation in Excel to do well in this course and therefore find it helpful in analyzing cell phone record data. I recommend that some familiarity of Excel be a strong prerequisite for this course. Not only will this save students from being very frustrated, but it also allows the class to move along more smoothly.

This class provided me with great knowledge and tools for preparing cases for trial and providing easy to read, clean visuals for testifying. Thank you. Gene
