Kind of bounced around most likely due to trying to hit what the students wanted to learn about but wasn't always sure where we were going or why until asked or got to another part of the class.

Instructor was a great guy and seemed to know the material. However, he seemed rushed and not well organized as we skipped from one topic to the next and it did not seem like there was a plan. The instructor would say he was going to cover a topic and then forget about it. I know he was pressed for time as he advised he had to be back to KC before 1900 but I feel this really took away from the value of the class.

Had to quit early due to storm, so the last day, we went through things very quickly, but that was understandable.

Wonderful class, full of information. Shame the weather had to cut it short.

iPad will not work for the class to experience the hands on part. This needs to be made clear in the flyer / advertisement for the class.

Seemed like alot of information for a 2 day course. Would have been nicer to go more in depth about under cover accounts instead of just setting one up.

Very basic information in this course. It is more geared towards new investigators/police/sheriff deputies.

The information in the class wasn't bad, but it is all information I have heard before. It is the third class I've had in the past year and a half where we made Google and Facebook accounts and it seemed as though the majority of the people in this class had been in similar trainings and were already using UC Facebook accounts. I would have preferred to have had more information about other social media sites or apps that are being used, current software or equipment for downloading phones and computers. In the instructor's defense, the information that was going to be presented in this class may have been accurately advertised, however I was unknowingly registered for this class, I never read a course description and did not know what kind of class I was being sent to.

Maybe have the class at a place that has computers so that it is available for all people to use the programs.

Step-by-step processes for proactive online investigations would be helpful to build confidence and familiarity in basic investigations.

It was a good class just wish there was more time and the instructor went into detail a little more on certain topics. it was just an overview of items.

The instructor was very knowledgeable about this topic, however I felt there was viable information he left out in regards to social media websites and freezing accounts. Also this class would have been more beneficial if he would have touched base of how to present the information we received through investigation to our County Attorneys. With that being said, this instructor conducted himself in a professional manner and made it a point to interact with the class on a regular basis.

I thought Mr. Stephens did a great job of teaching. Occasionally he would go from topic to topic and back but overall did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why. I used an iPad throughout the class and did not have much trouble not being able to do things. There were a few things such as EXIF data that I wasn't able to do. The quality of the material was great. It was unfortuneate that Mr. Stephens had to depart early due to the weather and an evening commitment in KC. I felt due to this the second day the class was very rushed.

Training location was small for the large size of the class present. Outlets were limited for charging equipment required for class. Otherwise the facilities were adequate.

The quality of the material was great. Unfortunately Mark had to leave early due to the weather which cut the class short and made us rush through things. I understand having to be somewhere else but the scheduling of the class should have been changed instead of sacrificing the time needed to learn. Mark did an awesome job!
