Jim is an excellent presenter and class leader. A+ in all respects. The course handouts, while very good, did not fully match the presentation. I would suggest updating the written course booklet to match the otherwise top notch presentation. I came away learning far more than I expected. Thank you for the opportunity! Kevin

Class was very informative. Not technical at all, which was great for even a novice in these types of investigations. Because of the small class size, the instructor was able to answer all questions and still stay on timely schedule. Even during breaks the instructor would approach and answer questions or even sit down with you to discuss whatever. The current and highly recommended apps and websites to help in these investigations was what I liked most. It's something that can be used right now.
