Need a basic and advanced level of Excel. A day was spent on teaching basics of Excel where most people were ready for an advanced level.

Katie's teaching style was great! She is clearly an expert user, but her instruction is easy to follow and relates to many different types of data.

This was a great excel course whether it was your first time with excel or just a refresher course. I would highly recommend Excel for Public Safety and the instructor Katie Murphy.

I cannot say enough good things about this class. I received no training on excel many years ago when I was put into analysis, so everything I know was learned the hard and disorganized way. This class was terrific for me, because progressed in a logical manner, from basic to more involved. Ms. Murphy was an excellent instructor. She handled the class well, was very prepared, and made obvious efforts to tailor the class to her students. The only thing I would suggest is a third day. My mind was saturated by the end of the second day. I really wanted to absorb much more on the topics presented during the last half of that day.

Great course, great instructor. I especially liked how the instructor taught the class as a whole and everyone did the exercises together so no one gets lost. Instructor provided easy to follow training materials and instructor could answer any class questions. Instructor is also available by email, phone should you need to ask questions in the future.

This was a very educational class that provided both basic and advanced skills. It was a good refresher course for analytical formulas and a great way to network with other agencies.
