Nicole was very pleasant and professional.

Course instructor was fun, engaging, and enthusiastic about what she was teaching

It was a valuable course to take, and I did learn some new things about what can be done in Excel. I must say it felt like it was quite rushed at the end of each day. I believe this class should be at least 6 hours long since the instructor is helping individuals on the side while presenting the Excel class and there is a break each hour. I am more intermediate, so I did okay, but there were several steps in the process not mentioned or explained thoroughly in the last hour or two of class each day. I was able to figure it all out but my co-worker did have questions that I answered each day helping her.

Nicole was great, she was very knowledgeable about excel and she was patient and went at a great pace. She is very thorough and when we had questions and needed to do something again to fully understand the process, she was happy to go back and show it again. I have already suggested her class to multiple people at the department. She was enthusiastic and had a great sense of humor while teaching which made it so much more enjoyable. I would take any class she teaches!

I love Nicole's teaching style and materials. She's knowledgeable, personable, and patient. Will be taking 2 more courses for sure. Highly Recommend to anyone!

Messages were sent when there were questions so we couldn't hear what the person was asking so when Nicole was answering the questions, I couldn't understand what she was talking about so I think instead of sending messages verbal communication would be best. Other than that it was a great class. Learned some new stuff, tips and tricks! I also appreciate that she said if we have any questions to email her. That was very nice of her to do that.

The class was very helpful in explaining different terms and formulas. I have been an analyst about a year and a half and I have heard words like concatenate and standard deviation, but this course really explained what they do and how they are useful in stats analysis. The only thing I would have liked is if the chat was visible to all students.

I thought this course was amazing. It was a tiny bit basic and I mostly signed up because it was a prerequisite for the next class. Regardless, it was a good refresher on other skills I don't use as often. I've already recommended this to the rest of my unit. I know some of them have expressed that they are less comfortable with Excel and I think they would greatly benefit from this. The teaching style was interactive and Nicole was very knowledgeable. Her enthusiasm made the class length much more manageable. It's usually difficult to hold a group's attention for that long in an online setting, but Nicole did an amazing job. Thank you for your time and I look forward to any future classes.

Lots of information covered, will be able to use some of what I learned for payroll purposes

This was a Zoom training. The instructor, Nicole McKendree, did an amazing job of making sure everyone was on track and had answers to their questions. The presentation moved at a smooth pace with handouts and worksheets that were well prepared. My only suggestion on making this course better would be to present the last hour of material at a slower pace with more time to practice the exercises. If these are taught in the advanced class it might be better to take 30 minutes to do a quick show and tell what to expect in the next class. Overall 100%

The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Her command of the topic was in line with the need for this course in our line of work which made learning so much easier. She was patient, kind and upbeat throughout the entire course. I definitely recommend this course as well as the instructor for anyone looking to up their game in this area.

Loved the class. My only recommendation would be to allow this class to be two full 8-hour day classes. There was a lot of material to cover, and we were forced to rush through a couple areas because there was too much information to go over in just 4 hours per day. This was also why I rated the Overall Value of the Course (Value=Cost vs. Benefit) as a 2.

I will be able to use some of the information. The problem with the class is that in some area's the instructions were at such a fast pace it was very hard to keep up. I wish the instructor would have slowed down so that we would have time to understand and tackle all the formulas.
