The Excel Data and Mapping course was extremely informative. The instructor was very knowledgeable on the subject matter and engaging making the material interesting and understandable. I rated the quality of the presentation a 4 because the sound wasn't clear, but I would definitely recommend this course to others in and outside my agency. One recommendation I have is to make the course a minimum of three days or a second session that covers more of the material.

The lack of audio quality made it difficult to follow at times. Aside from that it was a great training. The trainer paced it well enough so that I was able to take in the information which was all new to me.

Very informative course. I would recommend making a basic Excel course a prerequisite to this course.

Audio was tough but Nicole was flexible and adaptable throughout. She was also very personable and helpful even in a very technical operating environment.

Nicole was great - she made sure everyone understood what to do, and helped to troubleshoot if we fell behind.

Great course! The Lat/Long part was the most helpful and will save me a lot of time with mapping. The one suggestion is with the handout. The Excel Workbook was great. I just wish the PDF had more information in other categories other than just the Mapping Commands. EX. the instruction on how to add the code to Excel to get the Lat/Long formula and instructions on how to get an API Key. These were explained great, but wish there were more step-by-step to refer back to other than my quick jotting notes. Thank you again for a great class!

Good course overall. Sound/mic was an issue in the beginning; it improved a little bit after switching mics but still a little muffled.

I gave low marks for the training location and voice presentation because I am not a fan on online training due to the distractions around me as well as I have trouble listening with headphones. Online training loses the group interaction between instructor and students. Overall, I very much like the course and how Nicole presented the information in a logical succinct manner. I would like to take other courses she offers, hopefully in an in-class environment.
