McKendree was exceptional at instructing, as she was engaging and helpful throughout the two days. McKendree explained Thoroughly and would help those who would either have trouble with the course or had trouble. One thing that she did great was let the individuals taking the course guide her through setting up the data mapping, after she herself explained the process.

I really enjoyed the course. The instructor was great and very knowledgeable. I would recommend!

Presenter McKendree was extremely personable and was constantly checking understanding and whether the pace was appropriate. The tool itself is very powerful and has seemingly endless applications so it was great to learn about it. I did not even know that Excel had mapping capabilities. I would like to see the handout fleshed out in a bit more detail as I wasn't able to perform the mapping functions due to IT issues on my end. This way I'd have step-by-step instructions I'd be able to follow in the future if I was able to resolve the IT issues on my end.

Unfortunately, the majority of the techniques taught are not allowed by our version of excel. If our agency updated the computers/excel version, could possibly use in the future! would be nice to have some sort of typed instructions for the data mapping portion of the course rather than all by example.

Instructor was great and kept out attention

We had some technical difficulty on our end but Nicole did a great job making sure that everyone was understanding everything (checked in often, asked questions). I wish that we knew in advance exactly which version of Excel (and add-ons) we needed so that we could have followed along a bit better, but I'm hoping to be able to use the training materials afterwards when we get that working.
