Instructor was very accomodating for students utilizing an outdated Microsoft Excel and were not able to perform the training on the work book. Instructor took extra time to teach and explain the components of Excel in regards to the mapping portion of the class.

Course info was easy to follow and laid out in a way that made it flow well.

I prefer in-person classes; however, Mrs. McKendree did an excellent job with the few limitations that come with trying to present this type of topic via a webinar platform. Since "Eye Contact" appears to be an assessment of "Overall Presentation Style", that was limited by the virtual platform, and is the only reason I would grade that lower. Overall, very informative and useful. I look forward to using the information presented.

The instructor was excellent! She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I plan on taking more classes with her.

Nicole is enjoyable and enthusiastic instructor. The only difficulty I had with the course is the limitations of on-line coursework: at the mercy of internet connections, and other students' limitations placed by their IT departments.

course was great, only suggestions would be maybe giving a better description of how course would be conducted. I.E. you should have an updated excel program and be at a desktop or laptop computer with preferably two screens. Also, a brief tutorial on how to navigate basic excel functions at the start of the class couldn't hurt.
