The course was great and provided a lot knowledge on the topic of vehicle interdiction, identification, and other tools/techniques to investigate possible smuggling activity. The course also provided education on vehicle searches and identifying possible tampering to vehicles for hiding/packaging areas. The instructor was great and provided examples and a high degree of knowledge on the subject.

Instructor Sheehan was amazing. He used his real world knowledge to convey the class material and kept the class engaged. He took the time to learn each students' name and made the class more personal.

Information provided did not pertain to New Mexico laws and contradicted how LEO can go about investigations as NM Laws do not allow LEO to approach subjects and vehicle stops the way the class was instructed.

Class was great! Maybe the case laws should be reviewed a little bit due to some New Mexico conflicts.

John was very knowledgeable and helpful with classes. Powerpoint sloides were powerpoints but interacting class was great!!

New Mexico is strict on traffic stops and asking question outside the scope of a stop. I was confused on how to legally get to a point to start asking these questions. Other then that course was great learned a lot

This course was more oriented towards Police agencies. Border Patrol has different approach to drug and money interdiction. New Mexico laws and policies are different than those in the east coast. Overall excellent class.

This training was a good wake up as to what somethings in the field could be big issues with transporting drugs that before I wouldn't even consider as a clue. Most signs are in front of us, just need to take a closer look and slow down sometimes or take a step back and approach it differently.
