I thought Nicole did a great job despite not being the original instructor for the course. She was very knowledgeable and explained the principles in a way that was easy to understand.

I’m pretty disappointed by how surface level the information was. The webinar just went over the intel cycle and what different LE products there are. I was hoping to learn HOW to write these different products and methods to use for each different one. This class went over very basic level writing ideals and didn’t really dig into anything new. If this was a free webinar, I wouldn’t think much of it but the fact that these classes are pretty expensive is really a bummer! Also, the fact that the class for only a total of 6 hours when it was scheduled to be 8 hours of info is also a little disappointing. Why do 2 days with 4-hour blocks (both of which ended early) when all this info could just be a one-day class? The instructor seemed to have good experience and lots of insight into writing different analytical products, I just wanted it to go more in depth. I apologize if this seems harsh! I was just expecting a higher quality class for the price that was paid.

I found the class to be informative, but as I explained to the instructor, it was more proactive than anything.
