Another phenomenal training courtesy of Nicole! Even though only a week transpired, Nicole was able to expand and add some additional elements to the Columbus session. Her enthusiasm and professionalism was top notch. It was a pleasure conversing with her both about the training but also professionally.

Hands on portion moved a little quickly. Wish there were more tips and tricks.

Nicole was very entertaining and kept everyone in class engaged. We know she was still newer at presenting, so I think she could have gone a little slower in the first half of the days. It seemed as though we sped up to then have more time to sit and end early. She used that time for questions and presented other examples which was great! I can\'t imagine how hard it is to get timing down with having people with varying experience. Additionally, I think different examples of records could be shown in future courses (more in depth excel sheets where they need to be edited before importing). Lastly, for future it might be great to present association charts cleaned up for presentations and not just all the links. That is something we have had to do here for agencies, so tips and tricks on how to get charts to that stage would be helpful. However, learning that link charts can be sent for interactive viewing is amazing. Overall, Nicole did an awesome job! We will be looking for more classes taught by her.

The instructor was great! It might help to provide a guide for students to follow along and reference step-by-step as at times the instructor went fast due to the different levels of I2 experience among the students.

The presenter was very knowledgeable, energetic and engaging to the students. I do understand that the presenter is new but will need to slow down because in many of these classes, there are different skill levels, experience levels and learning levels. The course should have a notebook to have the student follow along and after the course be able to refer to the notebook on how to build a simple product. Penlink for PLX does this and after the course made it much easier to apply what has been learned because there was a reference. It does not make sense if there is a question to constantly bombard the instructor after the course.

- Give students more time when having them interact with modules and follow along, felt rushed at times and students fell behind during instruction making it stressful. For some, it was the first using the program, so speed of instruction is important.

Nicole was an absolutely amazing instructor! You could tell she is really passionate about the CJ field and utilizes i2 when it comes to her daily work. She was very knowledgeable in the topic and provided real life examples to tie into what we were learning. Her enthusiasm made the class interesting and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend the course and Nicole to anyone looking to learn more about i2.

Niclole was an outstanding instructor for the i2 Notebook Course. She made the classroom environment very relaxed but at the sometime extremely informative. In most courses, it's very easy to feel pressured not ask questions however she encouraged people to ask for clarification/questions and was more than willing to backtrack her class and help you to prevent you from being lost or left behind. I will very likely attend future classes instructed by her and refer many people to her classes. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!
