This course was not real helpful for our position. We do not use Social Media to help solve crimes.

I don\'t very much Social Media for the fact that I\'m afraid I\'ll do something wrong, I don\'t use Social Media in my own personal life. The State of Washington has so many rules and regulations it is unclear what can be used and what can\'t when it comes to social media. Thank you for the presentation.

Most of the information was out of our divisions scope of work. Instructor was great and knowledgeable.

Course would be fine for someone brand new to investigations (ie: no experience). For those of us that have been doing investigations for years, all the information provided is already used by us, almost daily.

The instructor was "late": late to start, late from breaks, etc. The instructor was obviously eating during class and conducting work. We could hear him eating, using napkins, etc. and we could hear his keyboard, often over the presentation itself. In fact, there were a few times the instructor paused the class so they could conduct their work. The topic was supposed to be centered on Social Media Investigations. Instead, it centered on "how the instructor used social media for his drug arrests". It became a two day "war story" about what they had done and accomplished.

Unfortunately, this course while providing useful information is not completely useful in my job function. This would be my agencies error in picking this class. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and picked up a couple things but mainly the majority of the contact was not useful to me.

Loved the enthusiasm of the instructor and the engagement time of class went by too fast - that's always a good thing as it means the class was engaging and you stay focused would love to spend more time setting up fake profiles and reviewing the side of things as a class exercise and having each other post fake materials to our various accounts as a way to form legitimacy

Training gave tools to other ways of viewing surroundings and not just focus on suspect.

This is one of the better trainings have taken.
