It would be nice to have more hands-on practice. However, being it is an online course it's almost impossible.

Very knowledgable, only downside was it being a virtual class where we were not able to do any hands on training.

The instructor was very knowledgeable but distracted by his "boss coming into the office" on several occasions. Two 4-hour segments/days didn't make any sense. Definitely not worth the agency's money.

I thought the course was well prepared but geared towards a beginner. For someone that has been gathering info (Dark Web and open source) for a while now, it didn't help me tremendously with updating or adding to my current processes. I was hoping to spend considerable time on the technical aspect of information gathering and managing the information. Again, the instructor did a good job and the course could be valuable to someone with no prior exposure to the topic.
