It would be beneficial to get a copy of the PowerPoint since there was so much useful information being discussed at times it's a challenge to write down all the notes. Excellent presentation.

Great information. My preference is to see an instructor during a webinar in addition to the visual aids, however, it is not a deal breaker. I feel it helps to maintain focus and interest.

Some topics were a bit outside what I need to do in my day to day operations, however, I walked away with a far better grasp on digital security.

At times he went over the material a little quickly but overall it was a good class where I learned new information.

This was an excellent class with immediate benefits ( Google Voice, etc ). The only weakness was the virtual vs in person format( it’s a CoVID accommodation) Also - perhaps furnish a syllabus. It was virtual, therefore no location, instructor contact, or course materials

Provided current trends, best practices and other valuable information relevant in both professional and personal environments. Took the time to explain various topics especially tech related, user friendly particularly for a non-tech person.

Presented spoke clearly, informative, and was engaging with class.

Due to technical difficulties, the first class was started late. Both days, the instructor waited for 10-15 minutes for some students to log in. While the instructor obviously knows his material, his presentation was sometimes scattered and difficult to follow. He did query the class as to topics they were more interested in and focused his instruction in those areas. The PP presentation appears to have been made specifically for teaching in person courses. I believe he would be more effective for web presentations if he reworked his slides, including more detailed step by step examples. Since there is almost no student interaction during a webinar, the instructor suffers from not being able to read the class as he would during an in person presentation. Additionally, I would have liked to have seen a PDF emailed or available for download that either had the slides or at least a listing of the resources the instructor was talking about.

Excellent presentation and instruction. Relevant and timely information and resources provided. Having a handout would benefit for additional reference and research.

I enjoyed the interaction with the students that Ashley provided. The class was much more personal than just being lectured to for the duration. There were many things I learned in this class about my online vulnerabilities. Ashley provided several solutions to these problems. I would definitely recommend this class to my co-workers.

For a webinar it was good. I wish there had been a link for the PPT or some handouts.
