The material was well laid out, and the instructor was quite knowledgeable. I learned new methods to assist in my role at work.

Instructor became lost of several examples, then when her example didn\'t work she would just move on to the next topic without a answer.
Several technical difficulties
This course seems like a difficult topic to be presented over a webinar.

I have a very very basic understanding of Excel, this class was mainly over my head and applicable to others in my agency maybe more than me.

I can use a minimal amount of the information. The instructor sometimes would not be able to do the shortcut or whatever it was she was trying to do and either a.) move on or b.) go back and do it correctly, but not teach us how she came to the correct conclusion. At times she seemed a little lost, couple this with technical difficulties and it was hard to follow along.
I have heard great things about this course so I wouldn't NOT recommend this course but perhaps not this instructor.

I signed up with a co-worker, both of us having very little knowledge of how to effectively use Excel. The class had people like us, and power users who were really looking for advanced techniques. We both felt that a great deal of the material was beyond us, and we really aren\'t any more comfortable with the basic use. It\'s a tough class to teach with students so spread apart in knowledge and needs. I think the instructor did her best, but I was very excited for this course and left very disappointed.
