It was a great class!

Overall, the course has increased my knowledge on the subject and has proved to be beneficial in carrying out my duties.

Course Material should be uploaded to the platform for participants to access using their login credentials. Although the two posted course material documents were posted during the presentation a few of my colleagues misunderstood and thought it was posted on the PT training platform. If not for other individuals accessing the documents during the second presentation they would've missed the opportunity to retrieve the material. Overall , the delivery of the material was good. The instructor was patient and accommodating, noting the complexities of hosting an online training course.

I would recommend the class only as an in-person class. I feel the web based training left out some material.

The instructor did amazing in getting people involved. He called on everyone by name. He had us look at scenarios from a different perspective and write about it. It was a great class. I learned more about word in this class then I did in high school.

Mr. Fusetti was very knowledgeable. He was interactive and encouraged class participation. He exercised great patience considering the constraints of distance learning. Very well executed course.
