Maybe not reference gender roles quite as much. Some of the comments about men paying for everything, etc, could be misinterpreted.

I really enjoyed Andy's content and delivery. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a great attitude/personality. While I'm not my agency's PIO, the information presented will help with my work on our social media accounts. Will try to attend Andy's dedicated social media class in the near future.

Mr. Green did a wonderful job covering such a wide topic in a short amount of time. I appreciated the handout. The webinar platform you used worked well on my end, didn't experience any trouble there.

I feel like the course would have been all 5's had it not been virtual (unfortunately, this was the only option). Still, it was engaging and informative.

The course was overall good when it came to the material that was included/presented however repetitive to me as I have taken many PIO courses to include the FBI Leeda course. The platform in which this course was taught did not allow for barely any interaction which I feel in these types of courses is very important. Part of being a PIO is speaking, communicating effectively and under pressure, and engaging and we barely got to do any. We didn't get to see one another at all, make connections or network.

Thank you!! Being new to both law enforcement and the PIO position, this course was extremely valuable and I've already spoken to my supervisor about how I intend to use knowledge gained TODAY!

The class ran from 10-2 EST and had no lunch break. A bit inconvenient. Maybe change the class times.

The instructor was excellent and the material was well put together. I felt that the information was better suited for newer officers/PIO's who may just be starting on the role. Not sure if that was indicated in the course outline but it had limited benefit for someone with more experience. I would highly recommend that all new PIO's take this course.

I was a little frustrated that my social media methods class was merged with this one, though it was good information, I was hoping for a course more focused on social media.

First online training course I have taken. I think the format and information was appropriate. Online only can be difficult I'm sure. I think the instructor did a great job.
