The instructor was well versed in the topic and was very knowledgeable. Although the course was taught in a webinar/go to meeting format (which I have not enjoyed or had success with in the past) this course was very beneficial and the information was more than adequate. I was pleased with this course and would recommend to other officers.

The fundamental information and knowledge based of what exists seemed beneficial to a degree, but I don't feel like I actually learned how to DO much on my own. I just know a lot of information can be obtained and plugged into a lot of places but don't feel confident in knowing what that actually looks like.

I thought Ashley was well spoken, and he was clearly a subject expert. I appreciated the examples he gave in the course, and he was very helpful with follow up questions when they arose for me. I would enjoy taking another class of his.

Class was no what I expected as it had a lot of technical information about reading through cell tower information. Our agency uses programs which help with call detail records and reading through them.

Informative class. Instructor had a great knowledge of the topics covered. This course was beneficial regardless of experience.
