Instructor was very engaging and had a lot of information to present in a short time. He related material to both past and present events and used real world examples. His passion for training and improving current day policing is evident in his presentation style and knowledge base.

Mr. Hayes was knowledgeable and a good presenter. Stayed on course but allowed for relevant class discussion. Overall it was an interesting and useful course I would recommend to others.

We discussed this in the class. But the current format for this material seems tailored for those with college experience. or a more scholastic background, and may be challenging to keep line level folks engaged without a change in the format.

Instruction was strong, although the training materials (small class) should have been carried by the instructor
on the flight to California; never attended a class w/o a single iota of trng materials?
