I appreciated the instructors overall manner of presentation. The parts discussing e-currency were new and interesting to me.

This course provided knowledge and materials I will be able to utilize in my future investigations.

Nothing you can do about COVID and very few, very minor technical issues were slightly annoying, but didn't affect the class flow or training at all.

Online instruction very challenging for instruction. Ferris did well in the online environment. If the course was in-person. I would like to explore/demonstrate the dark web in class.

Tough to rate anyone during COVID, I would have rather been there in person. The audio was kind of poor, to be honest. But it was a good course, no doubt. I learned a lot and am using it already.

While the course provided some beneficial information it was described as a Dark Web Investigations course and the bulk of the content was more general open source investigations as opposed to dark web information.

Excellent information presented in a way that was easy to understand for a beginner in this subject. A lot of information in a short amount of time, would be beneficial to have extended the length of the class.

This course was created and developed for law enforcement investigations and investigations within the dark web. Since I work adjacent to law enforcement, anything I need to get into the dark web for or any of this deep information pulling will be done by the police. My work computer does not allow me to access some websites from the training materials due to firewalls. I was hoping to learn how to find locations and pull location information from pictures. We very briefly touched on this topic. When showing how to find the location of an IP address, we skipped right over pertinent details such as how to identify someone's IP address. We were shown a website of how to see our own IP address, but not how to determine the correct IP address for the person we're searching for. I'm left with many more complex questions than before I started the class, but now instead of learning the answers in class I'm searching the internet to figure it out...which isn't going well.

Only concern I had was confusion on start time. I was provided a start time different that the actual time.

Second webinar I have taken with you guys. Both time the multimedia used is difficult to hear or doesn’t work at all. The visual never matches up with the audio. It is almost like the instructor didn’t run them through prior to this presentation

Instructor bounced back and forth between topics/subjects, making the student who has no knowledge of the subject matter slightly confused. Other than the presentation order/structure, the instructor did well, especially considering it was an online course.

The information provided was very useful and practical for online investigations

I have previously taken a similar course, and this course was a great refresher. However, I did learn new material, as well, which will be helpful in my work. The instructor covered matters in as much detail as the time allotted, and there was a nice balance between lecture and video presentation. Overall, a good course; one I would recommend to others.
