I thought this to be a very informative class. The instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was disappointed that the class was originally supposed to be in Hammond, LA but then Mr. Issacs did not show up to instruct the class. After numerous attempts to contact Mr. Issacs and Police Technical, I was never given a response back. I was randomly placed in this class where two classes were combined into one 8 hour webinar. I was very much looking forward to learning about cell phone investigations in person where I would have learned more and my department would have gotten what they originally paid for. Mr. Issacs seemed to have a very good knowledge of the content but was very much hindered by making this class a webinar. A very disappointing experience to say the least.

I really liked this class. I found it very challenging at some points, however, I think it will be very beneficial in the future.

I was disappointed that half of the class was cancelled and we weren\'t able to go over the information as well as we previously would have been able to. I feel like this would have been better in person, but I understand with what\'s going on with the virus.

Overall, I learned a good bit in this training. I think that the training is geared toward investigators than analysts so some of the material did not apply to my job. I think the pivot charts/frequency charts will be helpful with assisting law enforcement with their investigations. The manual will also be a helpful guide to when I'm actually working with cell phone records, especially with the terminology. I would prefer in-person training, but I understand it is impossible right now with COVID-19. James was very knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions and investigations outside of the training, which I appreciate.

i really appreciate for this training it has immediately enabled me analyze CDRs in excel something i was fidgeting with.
Secondly in particular my self here in Uganda credit cards are rare could management put alternative payment process like bank account or western union to make payments

My partner and I were scheduled for a in person class in late September of this year. Police Technical double booked our instructor and we along with 10 other students showed up to a empty class. The command staff at LSP were disappointed to hear of this happening. LSP paid for two classes, Introduction to cellphone investigations and Cell phone data and mapping. These 16 hour classes each were put into a two day four hour block each day virtual learning class. I do not feel we got our money worth. Virtual learning may be fine for some subjects however this is not one of them. To make matters worse while at the training site numerous attempts were made to call and email Police Technical and no one was able to be contacted. Once back at our field office I personally sent a couple of emails but never got a reply. I do feel the instructor was very competent in his knowledge in the subject matter and don\'t fault him for the mistake. I really don\'t know how I can recommend Police Technical for any additional training with the State Police
