With the COVID pandemic, the course had to be cancelled several times. The original course was designed as an in-person class and had to be switched over to an online version. The Lead Instructor did very well by actively engaging the class by calling on the students or allowing them to read their written product out loud. This style of teaching allowed me to stay focused and interactive throughout the course.
One of the main highlights I took away from the course is when the students broke into groups and wrote from the perspective of whom the target audience would be in receiving the message. This really opened my eyes on the content of information that is needed for the different readers.
