I thought this course was extremely helpful. As much as I did not was to have to speak in front of the class I definitely needed to face that fear. In the end I thouroughly enjoyed the class. The content was exactly what I needed.

I thought Andy did a tremendous job and I would recommend him to any agency for training purposes. He has an excellent demeanor and communicates appropriately depending on what circumstance he is in during the training. He is an A+ instructor.
