I really enjoyed this class- the first day back to my agency and I'm already using what I have learned! It was extremely valuable information and I learned a lot. I thought that it was very well done-- I would like to do a few more exercises at the end tying everything together, but overall was one of the best training classes I have taken!

I thought the class fit in really well with what we were hoping to receive help with. Although, it is sometimes hard to take notes during a class like this, I believe that we can use the material provided to reference and apply what we have learned to our job.

Sgt. Druckenmiller was a great instructor, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated his involvement in engaging the other trainees, and he seemed to learn everyone's first names right off the beginning of the training.

I learned so much from this course. Jason made it fun, so it was easy to pay attention to all of the materials we were going over. The examples made it easy to see how things could be applied to real world work situations. Well done!

This course was invaluable to me and my teammates. We have a unit member retiring soon who has handled most of the stats/analysis for our unit in the past and we were all apprehensive about taking over her duties. With this training under our belt, I feel like we are one step closer to being able to close that gap. Our instructor Mr. Druckenmiller was obviously extremely experienced in this arena, however broke it down to the lowest level for those of us who are not, and was extremely patient. We all appreciated his teaching style, and the course materials that we were able to take with us to refer to in the future as we apply this knowledge in real world situations.

Jason was a great instructor. He was extremely knowledgeable in Excel. I was very apprehensive about ever working in Excel because I didn’t really understand how it worked and the best way to apply it to my job. Thanks to Jason I don’t have to worry about that anymore. He taught us so many tips and tricks to make our jobs easier and how Excel works with you. The best part was he helped you through the class and went at a pace you could understand. He encouraged questions and would be happy to repeat steps if you didn’t understand something. The best part was when he showed us how he tied it into an investigation. You can see the class come full circle. Jason is a great instructor and I would take another class from him. Thank you!

Great course. Great Instructor. If I would give any constructive recommendations for training, maybe just to slow down a little when introducing a new subject. thanks. I am using the information learned from the course today!

The instructor provided many uses and tips for the excel program and did a good job of outlining it's capabilities.

This was my first time taking a course on a program (Excel, ArcGIS, etc.) that was specifically for Law Enforcement. It was great having an instructor with so much knowledge and experience in the field that I work in. Since he has experience in LE, he was able to provide real world context and examples of when/how to use what we were learning. I also really appreciated the handouts he provided- the instructor was clearly dedicated to teaching us as much as he could in two days.
