the only thing I would change is to have it encompass more then just mobile phone data.

Was advertised as an Excel/Access class. There was no Access training involved.

We were looking for a more basic course as our knowledge of Excel is self-taught and not complete. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and a little more helpful once he realized that we didn't have the basics - although that wasn't until the second day in the afternoon. We missed out on quite a few things because of this handicap but we were able to gain more knowledge as we went along. The knowledge of how we could implement this specifically for LE was superb. The stories and teaching tools used were great - just over our heads sometimes. We were able to pick up a few things and that made this course a good one to attend.

I enrolled in this class mainly to get some insight on setting up an Microsoft Access application to assist me with tracking my vehicle fleet program, although it was not exactly what I was looking for I found it very useful, especially with the Excel applications.

Would have been nice to go through more of the buttons in the toolbar and learning the additional functions of them.

GREAT CLASS.

Ash clearly enjoys using and teaching excel. He was able to engage the students on a topic that can be extremely dry. I had a working knowledge of excel coming into the class. I could see where a beginner would have been a little lost with the pace of learning. Overall, he did a good job and the material is relevant.

I thought it was an amazing class. I learned so much I didn't want it to end. It was fun and informative.

I learned that excel is useful in more ways that I ever knew of. I also gained knowledge of pivot tables.

Case examples were very helpful. More of these assignments would be great.

It seemed to be a more advanced level class than I thought it would be.

Very knowledgeable instructor, gave us information for real life/case work.

This was a great hands on class with a lot of interaction with the instructor. He was very credible and showed us several ways to use XCEL in law enforcement applications.

I would just make sure if the training location does not have computers you can utilize during the training that the student is required to bring in their own laptop. It is beneficial to have a computer available in order to get the full benefit from the class. Class overall was great and I would recommend it to others.

Great course wish we would have had more time to practice the concepts learned.

Very very basic

The class advertisement material was inaccurate and the course content ended up being different from what was expected. The instructor was adequate, gave the appearance of just going through the motions.

Ash was engaging and did amazing with guiding hands on instructions. Thanks to his multiple spreadsheets, I was able to learn so much about how to apply this to my job specifically as well as how to implement this to the benefit of other units withing the Police Department. I have kept the folder he had us download as well as the course book so I can continue to practice and learn. I found this training invaluable.

I really enjoyed learning all that I did.

I think the instructor assumed the students already had a good idea how to use Excel. I think a lot of the students expected to be taught more basics on how to use Excel. Neither was the case
