I liked that the instructor was knowledgeable enough to point out dated materials in some of the power point presentations and able to update "on the fly" or skip over the irrelevant topics.

I would've like a more hands on approach to this course.

It seemed like a good basic class. I thought based on part of the conversations that we would be doing more hands on learning or at least watching the instructor walk through different parts of the actual dark web-- but we wound up with more hands on for basic open source, and no actual dark web.

Good class and relevant information.

The course was too theoretical and we should be able to see a case study of an investigation

The training location was awful. Tiny room, no windows, and now one knew where to get lunch locally. The host agency had no one available to ask questions. Your company should have provided computers for us to access the dark web. Otherwise we just relied on Powerpoint.

The course had a lot of useful and interesting content. However, for the amount of money the training cost I was disappointed that laptops and other tools to actually access the Dark Web during class time were not provided. I've participated in many other training classes with a comparable cost where students were provided laptops, thumb drives and any other necessary tools to facilitate the hands on training. Despite this, I feel like the instructor was still able to provide a lot of good information which would allow the students to attempt this on their own.
