The instructor that presented this course was creditable, knew both the software and how it can be directly utilized in a LE setting. The instructor was able to relate to all types of LE personnel in the class and made it a fun learning experience.

The process of creating a splash screen, animation and the ease of creating and retaining references was good to know and our agency is definitely utilizing these techniques acquired during the course.

The instructor was excellent and did a very good job. However for me I had never used Power Point before and I felt that this course was better served to those that had some exposure with it.

Mike Warren is incredibly knowledgeable and a great instructor. I was a little nervous that a power point training would be very boring but Mike made the class very engaging and a lot of fun.
