I've completed a lot of technical training and this was by far the best. Isaacs quickly learned the knowledge level of the class and quickly tailored his content to match. This type of training is typically very "dry", but Isaacs made it interesting by constantly showing how it could relate to an actual investigation. The samples of real investigations that he had previously worked on were insightful.

Cpl Isaacs was very knowledgeable and presented the class in an order that allowed for students to utilize the information immediately, and in a functional manner.

James was extremely knowledgeable on the subject of Cellphone Investigations and was able to answer questions very effectively.

Exceptional course & I would highly recommend it to anyone in the insurance investigative role. The material was presented in a logical, understandable and concise manner. The instructor was excellent-extremely knowledgeable, open to questions and very articulate when presenting the course information.

Very valuable information, and an extremely well-taught class by Mr.Isaacs. This class thoroughly enhanced my investigatory and analysis skills for my department.
