Class was very helpful and useful. Teach was knowledgable of course materials.

I found this class to be very interactive, engaging, and beneficial. There was a great deal of material that I hope to take back to my agency. The instructor was fantastic! He spoke from issues and incidents, which he personally dealt with, and called upon the class to share their issues as well. He had great presentation skills.

This was an outstanding course. The instructor was knowledgeable and very professional.

I enjoyed the course as it offered valuable insight in terms of what to expect upon developing analytical units within LE.

I would recommend the instructor, but the class was branded as the Development and Management of Analytical Units and it was more like a basic supervisor class with a sprinkle of leadership with a few specific mentions of intelligence/analysis. It was basic and not suitable for a management level.

While I truly appreciated the small class benefit of discussion, exchange, getting to know one another, etc -- I was disappointed that there were few managers in the room. I had truly hoped to benefit from the experience of others and that was minimal. Also, there were a few students who complained excessively about their manager and it derailed conversation at times. I would omit the section, albeit very brief, on sleep.
