The instructor was very knowledgeable of Excel. I have taken many Excel classes over the years, and this is by far the best one I have ever been to. It was engaging, never boring, and I learned so much over the two days. I will be able to use a lot of this in my job. I thought I knew Excel really well until I took this class. Great job! The training facility is also very nice.

Excel for Public Safety was a great course that will be very beneficial for my current duties and a huge time saver.

This was Very good training but needed to be a couple more days to get full benefit.

The instructor assisted students in understanding the class through interaction and hands on, walks you through the session blocks, helps to understand better on the uses for Excel as it relates to police works,

Excel is a major part of my job, having built an initiative into a reporting system.

This course was an eye opener for the many uses of the Excel program. Kathleen Murphy was able to pack a lot of information in a two day course, and deliver it in a engaging way.

Katie did a great job presenting the skills in a logical way to help the students learn the processes, not just regurgitate information. She was a very knowledgeable instructor and clearly has a passion for teaching.

Instructor was well versed and walked through all steps for the students to understand.

I have taken other basic Excel courses and this is has been the best course ever. I had difficulty with online instructions because there wasn't an opportunity to ask questions or it was assumed that I knew certain steps and were therefore glossed over. Ms. Murphy really took the time to make sure we knew the steps and even made adjustments for students who had different versions of Excel. The data she provided made the tasks more engaging. Cops understand crime data better than balancing the budget. I have been recently assigned to assist with manpower reports in anticipation that I will assume the responsibility full time. I go into it with a lot more confidence thanks to Ms. Murphy.
