Sally Rawlings, InstructorSally Rawlings is a 16 year crime analysis veteran who began her law enforcement career with a Sheriff’s office in Northern Colorado.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Pre-law / Criminal Justice degree from the University of Northern Colorado, her Masters degree in Criminal Justice and Crime Analysis from Tiffin University, and is completing her Doctorate in Psychology / Criminology at the University of the Rockies.

Mrs. Rawlings worked as an part-time analyst for police department in Northern Colorado in 1999 before starting a crime analysis unit with a sheriff’s office in the same region working in criminal and tactical analysis.  In 2005 she became one of IACA’s first Certified Analysts.

Since 2008 Mrs. Rawlings has trained thousands of law enforcement professional in crime and intelligence analysis, crime mapping, and crime analysis software usage, specializing in RMS data extraction and translations throughout North and South America.

She lives in Northern Colorado with her husband and daughter.
