Mike Tosti is a Lieutenant with a police department in Northern California. A 28-year law enforcement veteran he began his career with the LAPD in 1987. During his tenure with the LAPD, Mike was assigned to LAPD’s prestigious OWB C.R.A.S.H. Unit and the Special Problems Unit. Mike has a wealth of experience having been a Motor Officer, FTO, Narcotics Detective, Homicide Detective, Hostage Negotiator, K9 Sergeant and SWAT Commander.
Mike has devoted approximately half of his career to working in an undercover capacity and participating in hundreds of sensitive undercover operations involving online investigations, murder for hire, narcotics and weapons trafficking, store front operations and stolen car buy programs. Mike recently supervised a DEA Task Force targeting international drug trafficking organizations and is currently an Investigative Division Bureau Commander.
Mike is an Army veteran, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California Coast University and lives with his wife and two children in Northern California.
